Acceptance
Use of sendom.net, its live demo, and the purchase of any service through it constitute acceptance of these terms.
Eligibility & Age
Purchasing a service on the Site is permitted only to those aged 18 or older who have the legal capacity to enter a binding agreement. By purchasing, you confirm you are at least 18.
The Service
The Company provides an AI software (SaaS) service for businesses — automated customer replies, appointment booking, lead capture, marketing/content, and a personal assistant for the business owner, according to the package purchased. The service is a recurring monthly subscription.
Prices & Payment
Prices on the Site are in New Israeli Shekels (₪) and are final (exempt dealer — no VAT). Payment is made by credit card on a secure payment (clearing) page. Subscription packages are billed monthly on a recurring basis; the first charge is made at the time of purchase and subsequent charges on the corresponding date each month, until cancellation under the Cancellation section below.
Service Supply
The service is a digital service provided remotely — there is no physical shipment. After payment is completed, the service is activated and configured for the business within up to 3 business days. Access and activation details are sent to the email/phone provided at purchase.
Cancellation & Refunds
Under Israel's Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981 and the Consumer Protection (Cancellation of a Transaction) Regulations, 5771-2010, a remote transaction may be cancelled within 14 days of the transaction date or of receipt of the disclosure document (whichever is later), whether or not the service has started. Cancellation is made by written notice to support@sendom.net or by phone at 052-562-5251. On cancellation, payment is refunded less a lawful cancellation fee (up to 5% of the transaction value or ₪100, whichever is lower) and, where the service was actually used, less a pro-rata amount for the period used. A recurring subscription may be cancelled at any time by written notice; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing month, and no further charges are made thereafter. A customer who is a person with a disability, a senior citizen, or a new immigrant may cancel within 4 months as provided by law.
Product & Service Warranty and Limitation of Liability
The service is provided professionally and with reasonable effort, and relies on AI technologies. The Company and anyone on its behalf shall not be liable for direct or indirect, consequential or special damage caused to the customer or to a third party as a result of use of the service and/or the product purchased on the Site. The service does not guarantee any specific business outcome (such as a number of customers, leads, or revenue). Any information presented on the Site, and any reply produced by the system, do not constitute professional advice, a recommendation, or an opinion of any kind, and responsibility for use of the information rests with the user alone. The Company's total liability for any cause of action shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the month preceding the event. Nothing above derogates from liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.
The Demo
The AI demo on this site is a SIMULATION with a fictional business. It does not create real bookings, appointments, or commitments. Demo replies are AI-generated, may be inaccurate, and are not advice of any kind. The demo is rate-limited and provided as-is. Do not enter sensitive personal information in the demo.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to: post or transmit unlawful content; attempt to extract prompts or bypass rate limits; run automated scraping against the demo; or impersonate any person or entity.
Intellectual Property
The site content, branding, and the service experience belong to sendom. No license is granted beyond use of the purchased service and personal evaluation.
Privacy

Changes
These terms may be updated; the date above governs. Material changes affecting an active subscription will be notified in advance.
Governing Law & Venue
These terms are governed by Israeli law. The competent courts of Tel Aviv-Yafo have exclusive jurisdiction.
