What We Collect
Live demo chat
Messages you type in the live demo are sent in real time to our AI providers (Anthropic; Google Vertex AI — processing may occur in the US) to generate replies, and in engine mode are processed by our own Atlas engine, where the conversation is kept server-side for up to 24 hours (session cookie 'atlas_demo_sid') and then deleted. Demo messages are not used to train AI models. Do not enter sensitive personal information in the demo.
Lead form
If you submit the contact form (name, business, phone/WhatsApp), we use it to contact you about sendom. It is stored on our systems and transmitted to our internal alert channel (Telegram) and to our Atlas engine so we can respond. We retain lead details for up to 12 months from our last contact with you, or until you ask us to delete them.
Cookieless analytics
We log anonymous first-party events (page path, referrer, browser user-agent string, language, timestamp). No cookies, no cross-site identifiers, no advertising IDs. These logs contain no name or contact details.
Who Processes It
We share personal data only with the following categories of recipients, each processing solely on our instructions: AI providers (Anthropic, Google) — to generate demo replies; our internal alert service (Telegram) — to notify us of new leads; our own Atlas engine — for hosting and responding to conversations and leads; and, once you become a client, our payment and invoicing providers (Grow, Green Invoice). None of these recipients train AI models on your data.
Legal Basis
We process your data based on your consent (demo chat, lead form submission) and our legitimate interest in operating and improving the service. We do not rely on legitimate interest to override your rights.
Retention
Demo conversations are retained server-side for up to 24 hours in engine mode (session cookie 'atlas_demo_sid') and then deleted; in standalone mode they are transient and discarded at the end of the browser session. Lead form data is retained for up to 12 months from our last contact with you, or until you ask us to delete it. Analytics data is aggregate and contains no personal identifiers.
International Transfers
Some processing may involve servers outside Israel (for example, the LLM provider). Any transfer outside Israel or the EEA is conducted under appropriate safeguards, including standard contractual clauses or adequacy decisions, in accordance with the Israeli Privacy Protection Regulations (Data Security) and GDPR Chapter V.
Your Rights
Under the Israeli Privacy Protection Law (Amendment 13, 2025) and, where applicable, the GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, delete, and receive a copy of your personal data, as well as to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at hello@sendom.net. We will respond promptly and free of charge.
Amendments
We may update this policy. The updated date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
Complaints
If you believe your rights have been violated, you may file a complaint with the Israeli Privacy Protection Authority (https://www.gov.il/en/departments/the_privacy_protection_authority) or, for EU residents, with your local supervisory authority.
